Department of Women and Child Development 
Department of Women and Child Development, Government of NCT of Delhi is running Mental Health Unit at Nirmal Chhaya Complex in partnership (under an agreement) with Manas Foundation, an NGO to promote the mental well-being of women & girls residing in the various institutions in the complex. These matter are being placed before the Metropolitan Magistrate of Mahila Courts in all Districts in Delhi.
