RTEG Branch – Research Training Evaluation & Grievance

The Department of Women & Child Development, Delhi is mandated to give the much needed impetus to the holistic development and to ensure a state of well being of its beneficiaries i.e., Women and Children. Keeping in view the present scenario and reflecting upon the requirements/ feedbacks of the employees as well as beneficiaries along with policy changes, the Department has taken concerted steps to move towards an equal, safe and encouraging work environment for employees and delivery of quality services for the beneficiaries.

                    Department has reformulated its existing RTE (Research, Training and Evaluation) branch as RTE-G (Research, Training and Evaluation & Grievances) to further strengthen the grievance redressal mechanism catering to concerns of both the employees as well as public.

This Branch focuses on service delivery to its beneficiaries in public domain and its employees who are instrumental in delivery mechanism for targeted beneficiaries. The grievances of the public as beneficiaries are received both online on CPGRAM & PGMS portal  as well as offline through human interaction at Helpdesk/Daks.

                             All those grievances concerning to the Department are followed-up immediately to minimize the processing time and inconvenience to public whereas, the grievances of the departmental employees are thoroughly examined and resolved as per rules. Considering the issues so highlighted, the RTEG Branch effectively considers the feedbacks, conducts brainstorming sessions, evaluates the process and accordingly suggests appropriate redressal mechanism for better public delivery system, thereby, focusing individually on all complaints for suitable resolution .

                             The RTEG Branch conducts regular meetings and trainings on relevant issues without any delay and repercussions within the rule positions under the guidance of Director, WCD.
